Conveyor Components

6. Slide the motor inwards to loosen the timing belt.

7. Unscrew the setscrew on the pulley drive by using Allen key No. 2.5.

8. Remove the drive motor and install with a new drive motor.

9. Transfer the drive pulley to a new motor and tighten it, then replace it at the bracket and

tighten back with screws.

10. Repeat step 10–11 for replacing the conveyor belt. Refer to the section “

Replacing the Conveyor

Belts

” on page 104.

11. Reverse the process to reassemble.
