SE500

ULTRA

Hardware Manual

Packing the SE500

ULTRA

These instructions describe how to pack the SE500

ULTRA

in its original wooden shipping crate

for shipment. It is recommended to save the shipping crate and all of the packing materials in
case you need to ship the SE500

ULTRA

back to CyberOptics.

Performing this procedure requires a drill with a 13 mm socket attachment, hex head bolts, a
forklift, and a pallet jack. Capacity of forklift: (1060 kg, 185 cm).

To prepare the crate base

1. Prepare the crate base as shown.

Required Tools

Warning:

Only CyberOptics’ service personnels shall perform the installation procedures in

this Chapter.

Warning:

Make sure the SE500

ULTRA

power and AC main circuit breaker is off before packing.

Perform visual inspection of the machine for any dirt or damages before crating.
