Minimum Outside Temperature:
It is possible to define an outside temperature below which the tunnel curtain remains
closed. This prevents opening the curtain when it is too cold outside. This feature is
optional and can only be used if an outside temperature probe is connected to the
controller.
Pre-Opening Time:
This delay is used to open the curtain before the start-up of tunnel ventilation fans.
This pre-opening is performed when the tunnel ventilation mode starts being effective
(e.g. when the first fan stage that causes the opening of a curtain is activated).
High / Low Pressure Limits:
The curtain opens according to a timer (Open Time & Off Time) when the pressure
exceeds the high pressure limit. It closes according to another timer (Close Time & Off
Time) when the pressure decreases below the low pressure limit.
* Seasonal Limits:
High and low pressure limits can automatically be defined in relation with the
outside temperature. This function is available if an outside temperature probe is
activated (s. 4.4).
Using higher pressure limits in winter allows to reduce cold air intake: in winter,
the pressure level must be greater before the curtain can start to open. The limits
are automatically decreased in summer; therefore, the curtain can then open and
close with fewer restrictions in the pressure level as the outside temperature be-
comes warmer.
