1.3 Controller’s Overview
The EXPERT 64EU is an electronic device used for environmental control in livestock
buildings. It allows the user to maintain a specified target temperature by controlling
the operation of ventilation and heating equipment. The following inputs & outputs
can be controlled:
OUTPUTS :
- 64 On/Off relays to operate:
8 heating stages (and a possibility to simulate up to 16 heating stages);
15 fan stages;
3 cooling outputs;
24 clock outputs;
1 tunnel curtain output;
- 2 Variable outputs;
- 12 Inlet outputs;
- 4 0-10V outputs to operate:
- heating devices;
- lights;
- additional variable fans;
- chimney dampers.
INPUTS:
- 8 inside temperature probes;
- 1 outside temperature probe;
- 1 indoor humidity sensor;
- 1 outdoor humidity sensor;
- 1 static pressure sensor;
- 1 water meter;
Refer to the wiring diagram enclosed at the end of this manual
to connect the various devices on the controller’s inputs & outputs.
