CORN I NG ASCENT FBR PD SYSTEM

• Remove the sanitary clamp and set aside.

• Hold the bioreactor vessel in place while slightly twisting the top end cap to loosen.

• Lift the top end cap.
• While keeping the top end cap over the bioreactor, tilt to reveal the sampling mesh layers.

• Remove a mesh segment from under the top end cap using sterile forceps or tweezers.
NOTE:

Each of the 3 sampling layers has 6 equally sized segments.

• Place the removed segment in a sterile container.

• Return the top end cap on the bioreactor vessel aligning the cap with the guidepost in the

bioreactor.

• Reattach the sanitary clamp to the reassembled bioreactor vessel and tighten the quick clamp

to secure in place.

• Remove the bioreactor and Lynx® connectors in the tray from the biosafety cabinet.
