Instruction Manual

3. The steps below are performed automatically by the system:

•  Yellow pinch valve is de-energized to open to harvest solution.
•  Blue pinch valve is energized to open to harvest flush.
•  Green pinch valve is de-energized to open to harvest solution.
•  3-way valve for harvest pressure is energized to open to pressure control valve.
•  Pressure control valve is set to 0 psi.
•  Starts recirculation pump counterclockwise at the Cell Release Flow Rate.
•  Starts Cell Release Duration timer.
•  When Cell Release Duration timer elapses, recirculation pump stops.

4.

User shall acknowledge the Cell Release Phase completion prompt.

8.4.4 Cell Removal
This Harvest Phase is used to transport the released cells and solution from the Harvest Flush bottle and FBR into the Harvest Collection
bottle by the release of the solution in the pressurized system via the pressure control valve (Figure 8-11).

On Harvest Phases, select Cell Removal.

2.

Enter setpoints:
- Cell Removal Air Pressure
- Pressurization Delay Duration
- Cell Removal Duration

Press

to run Cell Removal Phase.

NOTE:

The Pressurization Delay Duration allows the flush bottle to fully pressurize to setpoint prior

to flushing the FBR into the collection bottle.
