Stack Tag Y-axes. Shows all traces simultaneously on the
chart, each with its own scaled stacked along the Y-axis.

Single Trace. Shows only the selected trace in the chart and
hides the others.

Hide Trace. Hides the selected trace from the chart. All other
traces remain displayed.

Refresh button. Refreshes data displayed on the
chart when in static mode.

Highlight Trace. Highlights the selected trace in yellow.

Live Mode. Refresh mode toggle. Switches chart
data between live and static modes.

New Time Period. When selected in static refresh mode, it
allows the user to select a specific period for display data.
The selected period is displayed overlapping the previously
selected period (e.g., the last 5 minutes if period is
unchanged). This may be done multiple times to allow the
user to switch between different timer periods.

X-axis cursors. Toggles X-axis cursors.

Next Time Period. When selected, time period is shown
overlapped on the chart.

Y-axis cursors. Toggles Y-axis cursors.

Rubber-band Zoom. Allows user to draw a rectangular box on
the chart area to change the zoom. After the box is drawn, the
chart is resized to show only the selected area.

Statistics. Observe statistics for all traces on the
page (Minimum, Maximum, Average, Std Dev).
Allows to print table.

Alarm Cursor. Not in use.

Display previous or next trace on the Y-axis, if not

Save Template. Saves the current template. If changes were
made to a standard template, saving will change the template

Automatic Scaling. Scales Y-axis for current trace and
centers on the chart.

7.10.1 Create a New Time Period
Figure 7-37 shows the difference between a grayed-out and not grayed-out time bar. When Live Refresh mode is toggled on, time bar is
grayed out and no options can be selected.
When Live Refresh mode is toggled off, time bar options are available for selection. The start and end time, and date drop entry boxes
may be changed by selecting the drop-down box and selecting a date on the calendar that pops up. The user may change the time by
entering the field.
When the start or end time is selected, the third drop down box automatically changes to display the selected duration of the selected
period. The user may choose to use a relative time period by selecting the third drop down box.
