Description 

The value of the fixed frequency for the power sweep. 
Before this method is called, the sweep type must be set to power 
sweep, otherwise the method is ignored.

Sets the value of the limit, which is closer to the specified value. 

Preset Value 

The center value of the analyzer frequency range.
