3.3 Menu System
To access and execute all functions, refer to Figure 3-3 through Figure 3-15. Use the
main menu (Figure 3-3) as a quick reference for accessing the demodulator functions.
When prime power is applied to the demodulator, the base level of the menu system
displays the sign-on message:

Line 1 of the sign-on message is the demodulator model number and type
•
Line 2 is the version number of the firmware
The main level of the menu system is Function Select. To access this base menu level,
press either [

] or [
→
]. From the Function Select menu, use [
←
] or [
→
] to select one of
the functional categories:
•
Configuration
•
Monitor
•
Faults/Alarms
•
Stored Faults/Alarms
•
Utility
When the desired function is displayed, select that menu by pressing [ENTER]. After
entering the appropriate functional menu, press [
←
] or [
→
] to move to the desired
function. To return to the previous menu or to exit a function, press [CLEAR].
Notes:
1. Figure 3-3 through Figure 3-15 list the front panel menu selections.
2. Menus that are specific to certain demodulator configurations are only accessible
after selecting the appropriate demodulator configuration. This prevents
incompatible parameters from being selected accidentally.
