35. Route the C-Band feed
harness from the left side of
the frame (as shown in this
picture) up over the top of
the feed looping around the
right and underside of the
feed.
36. Connect the coax to the LNB.
37. Connect the Circular Drive
IDC connector to the Circular
drive PCB.
38. Connect the Linear Drive IDC
connector to the Linear drive
PCB.
39. Secure the feed harness to
the lower right strut using a
cable tie.
40. Remove the screw from the
lower left of the Circular drive
PCB.
41. Apply Loctite to the screw
and insert it through the ring
on the ground strap back into
the PCB mounting hole to
ground the PCB.
42. Remove the screw from the
upper right of the Circular
drive PCB.
43. Apply Loctite to the screw
and insert it through the ring
on the ground strap back into
the PCB mounting hole to
ground the PCB.
Waveguide mounting clips (provided)
44. Route the flexible waveguide
and harness up over the back
of the frame to the lower
flexible waveguide section.
45. Attach upper flexible
waveguide section to the
lower flexible waveguide
section using the 8 screws,
flat washer through the
adjoined flanges.
46. Install flat washer, lock
washer and hex nut on each
srcew and tighten all 8 hex
nuts to torque spec.
47. Install the two waveguide
mounting clips using the
hardware provided.
