Installation in 144” Radome

Sea Tel 2400 Dual Band C/Ku

EAR Controlled - ECCN EAR99

27.

Open C-Band feed box.

28.

Orient and seat the C-Band

feed into the scalar plate.

29.

Rotate the feed to align the

Linear drive motor directly
over the lower left strut.

30.

Apply Loctite 242 to, install

and tighten the eight screws,

lock washer & flat washer (see

red arrows) through the front

of the scalar plate and into
the end of the drop-in feed

assembly.

31.

Remove the blue tape from

the LNB flange on the feed.

32.

Apply loctite to the twelve

LNB mounting bolts.

33.

Insert the bolt lock washer

&flat washer through the

flange on the LNB and into
the trhreaded hole in the

flange on the feed.

34.

Tighten to torque spec.
