Returns three arguments: count mode total or differential,
concentration per unit and current sampling state

Ex: ?#8,4 returns 4 records from indexes numbered 8, 7, 6
and 5.

Transmit samples in memory. I is start index, n is number of
samples. I can be set between 0 and 2999; while n can be
set 1 to 10. There are four responses that can be generated
by use of this command. For more detailed example on
usage of this command see the Telnet output format section.
“ERROR” is returned when
I or n is out of range.
“EMPTY RECORD” when no samples are available.
“Updating Stored Data. Try again later.” When powering up
and buffering stored data to Ethernet interface.
Requested Records are sent back
