2.13.7 Printing an ISO 14644-1 (2015) report
The ISO 14644-1 report screen is accessed from the report menu screen. First select
the particle size or sizes upon which the report is to be based. The particle size
buttons are at the top of the screen; they will turn green when enabled. Next select
[ISO 2015] to enable ISO 14644-1 reports. Next press [
SET CLASS
]; from the screen
that follows, press the ISO class for the area being monitored. The selected key will
turn green when pressed. Press [
EXIT
] to return to the report menu screen. Next,
press the [
ISO
/209
E
/
GMP
] key, and then press the [
PRINT
] key at the bottom of the
following screen to print the ISO 14644-1 report. Note that minimum sample volume
requirements of ISO are not considered in the Pass/Fail criteria. The user is
responsible for determining that sampling volume, proper sampling locations and
other requirements such as probe positions are met. The minimum number of
sampling locations may be enforced by entering the area of the cleanroom when
setting the desired class. The report will always include the program name, and will
include the Unit ID if one exists. The report will also include user ID’s if security is
enabled.
