Auxiliary connections

3.1

USB interface

The USB interface is designed for use with USB jump drives. As such, stored data
can be copied from the internal memory of the unit to the USB drive. The data is
saved as an ASCII file in CSV (comma separated values) format. A check code is
calculated and appended at the end of the file. The user can contact Climet to obtain
the formula used to calculate the check code. Using this formula the user can
recalculate the check code for the data file and by comparing check codes, detect if
the data has been corrupted.
