Photo shows the rafter with an attached end pipe
connector.

7. At the bottom end of the rafter, place a 3.5" band

clamp approximately 36" from the base of the rafter.
This clamp is used for cabling, which is installed
later.

8. Use

a

5/16"

x 1 ½" carriage bolt and

5/16"

nut to

secure the band clamp to the pipe. (See Rafter
Diagram for placement.)

9. Repeat the steps to assemble all remaining rafters.

10. Once all rafters are assembled, continue with

installing the rafters and assembling the frame.
