Sign in to the web interface and navigate to
Maintenance >
Backup and Restore
.
Backup or restore a configuration
Show the current configuration
Click
Preview backup
to display the current settings on-screen.
Back up the current configuration
Click
Take backup
to store the configuration as a text file.
Restore configuration from backup
1. Click
Browse...
and find the backup file with the configuration
you want to restore.
2. Click
Restore
to reconfigure the system as defined in the file.
Some settings require that you restart the video system
before they take effect.
About configuration backup
All the system settings, which are
available on the System configuration
page, can be listed on-screen or stored
as a backup text file.
The backup text file can be loaded back
onto the system, thereby restoring the
configuration.
We do not recommend that you
load back a backup text file from
TC software, onto a video system
that is running CE software.
The configuration of the video
system is likely to be incomplete,
due to the differences between
the two software generations.
