Defines a AAA attribute list locally on a device, and
enters attribute list configuration mode. aaa attribute list list-name

Defines an attribute type that is to be added to an attribute
list locally on a device. attribute type name value [ service service ] [ protocol
protocol ][ mandatory ][ tag tag-value ]

global configuration mode.

(Optional) Defines a VRRP group and configures
parameters for the VRRS group, and enters VRRS

accounting-off messages to the VRRS. accounting delay seconds
