6.2
Unloader adjustment
The Unloading unit is located on the left side of the Embosser. There are two different adjustment
solutions depending the type of plate and end use:
•
Unloader with Lift
•
Unloader with Ejector
The first permits a progressive stacking of the plates inside the Metal Embosser and the second eject the
plates out of the Embosser
6.2.1
Unloader ejector adjustment
•
Loosen the black knob (1)
•
Place a plate on the ejector plane.
•
Shift the bracket towards the plate.
Leave a gap of 1 millimeter between
•
Tighten the black knob.
6.2.2
Unloader lift adjustment
•
Open the front cover.
•
Loosen the knob on the bottom of the
support (4).
•
Place the plate on the spring support.
•
Shift the right support towards the plate
until there is a gap of about 1mm.
•
Tighten the knob.
•
Loosen the knobs (5) and repeat the
proceed mentioned in the loader section
