Drive and encoder mapping parameters may be set to the values in the following chart under normal
circumstances if no additional devices are connected to H7 "DRIVE COMM. OUT" header. Additional devices
in the DriveBus communication chain will change the axis numbers as described previously. This will require
appropriate settings in parameters 300-307.
