Lube Fault
3. Lube Fault
This fault is caused by the Lube Fault PLC input (9)
being open. Go to the main screen in CNC11 and bring up the real-time
I/O screen to view the state of input 9. If input9 is red, your lube pump is
reporting a fault. To clear this fault, add lube to your lube pump until
input 9 turns green or check the wiring and/or float switch for proper
operation. Once input 9 is again green, the Estop switch/input must be
cycled to clear the fault.

Limit Tripped
4. Limit tripped messages
Limit tripped messages (for any axis)
indicate that a PLC input that has been configured as a limit switch input
in the motor configuration screen is open. To troubleshoot, two things
will need to be checked.
#1 What are the limit switch settings in the motor configuration screen?
Enter the motor configuration screen and record the current limit switch
settings for both + & -. From the main screen press
