Chapter 3  Setup Menu 

 

Source Calibration Year 

To enter the calibration year: 

1.

 

Press the 

Setup

 key. 

2.

 

Using the arrow keys, position the cursor “>” to item “7” in the menu, Define 
Std Sources, and then press the 

Enter

 key. 

3.

 

Using the arrow keys, position the cursor “>” to select the desired source to 
edit, and then press the 

Enter

 key. 

4.

 

Using the 

Enter

 key, advance to the Enter Year prompt. 

5.

 

Using the arrow keys or the numeric keypad, enter the calibration year (1980 
through 2079). Press the 

Enter

 key to accept and advance to the next question. 

6.

 

If only the calibration year is modified, pressing the 

Cancel

 key will bring up 

a “Save Changes?” question. Select 

1. No

 if the change was an error or 

2. 

Yes

 to save the change(s) made. 

Source Calibration Time 

The Calibration Time menu item allows you to enter the calibration time for a source 
including hours, minutes, and seconds from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. Default time is 
00:00:00. 

Source Calibration Hour 

To enter the hour of calibration: 

1.

 

Press the 

Setup

 key. 

2.

 

Using the arrow keys, position the cursor “>” to item “7” in the menu, Define 
Std Sources, and then press the 

Enter

 key. 

3.

 

Using the arrow keys, position the cursor “>” to select the desired source to 
edit, and then press the 

Enter

 key. 

4.

 

Using the 

Enter

 key, advance to the Enter Hour prompt. 

5.

 

Using the arrow keys or the numeric keypad, enter the hour of calibration (2:00 
PM is 14). Press the 

Enter

 key to accept and advance to the next question. 

6.

 

If only the calibration hour is modified, pressing the Cancel key will bring up a 
“Save Changes?” question. Select 

1. No

 if the change was an error or 

2. 

Yes

 to save the change(s) made.
