Define Procedure
Move the ">" cursor to the procedure to be edited and then press
Enter
. If you are
starting from the default settings, the display will show:

Move the “>” cursor to the procedure parameter you want to change and then press the
Enter
key or, referring to the procedure parameter list above, enter the appropriate
choice or value and then press the
Enter
key when done.
Note: The procedure setup process will automatically step through each menu in turn.
For example, if you start with “1 Procedure Name” and enter a name, you will
automatically be stepped to “2 Select Calibration”, and so on. This auto
stepping feature makes it much easier and faster for you to enter procedures,
and greatly reduces the chances of missing a required setting.
Each procedure is setup following the steps above and has a number of parameters that
must be set before using the procedure.
Procedure Name
The Procedure Name menu item allows you to enter a user-defined name for a given
procedure. The Procedure Name can be up to 22 alphanumeric characters long. To
select a procedure name:
1.
Press the
Setup
key.
2.
Using the arrow keys, position the cursor “>” to item “3” in the menu, Define
Procedure, and then press the
Enter
key.
3.
Using the arrow keys, select the procedure, and then press the
Enter
key.
4.
Using the arrow keys position the cursor “>” to item “1”, Procedure Name, and
then press the
Enter
key.
