9 - Idler Axle And Tension Arm Removal And Installation

STEP 13

Use a hoist to support the tension arm (1). Hold a
new shim (2) on each side of the tension arm as it is
lowered into the frame.

STEP 14

Lubricate the tension arm pin with anti-seize grease
and install the pin (1) through the lower frame (2), the
shims (3) and tension arm (4).

STEP 15

Install the retaining bolt (1) and washer (2). Tighten
the bolt to 102 N•m (75 ft-lb).
