8 - Midroller Axle Removal And Installation

STEP 12

Position the axle assembly (1) in the axle mount
assembly (2).

STEP 13

Install the two U-bolts (1) four washers (2) and four
nuts (3) on each axle installed. Tighten the nuts (3)
slowly and evenly to 515 N•m (380 ft-lb).

Repeat Steps 8 through 13 for all axles removed.

Follow the Face Seal Preparation instructions and
Steps 19 through 31 of the Midroller Wheel Seal And
Bearing Removal And Installation section of this
manual to install the hubs on the midroller axles.

the idler wheels and tensioning the track.
