3 - Midroller Wheel Seal And Bearing Removal And Installation

Midroller Wheel Seal And Bearing Installation

STEP 15

Use a bearing driver to install both bearing cups in
the hub until they are seated firmly against the inner
shoulder (1) of the hub

STEP 16

Use denatured alcohol to clean the inner bearing cup
(1) and the seal contact area (2).

STEP 17

Install the inner bearing (1) in the hub.

NOTE:

On models before TRE0216003 with press fit

bearings, the bearing can be heated to 300°F
(148°C) for 20 minutes.

NOTE:

For press fit bearings it is necessary to

complete Steps 17 through 22 quickly to install the
hub and bearing before the bearing cools.
