3 - Midroller Wheel Seal And Bearing Removal And Installation

STEP 26

Align the slot (1) in the lock nut with the nearest tab
(2) on the locking washer. Bend the tab (2) into the
slot (1).

NOTE:

If the slot (1) and tab (2) does not align rotate

the lock nut clockwise to align with the nearest tab
(2).

STEP 27

Install a new hub cover O-ring (1).

STEP 28

Install the hub cover (1) and six retaining bolts (2).
Tighten the bolts in a cross pattern evenly to 132 in-
lb (11 ft-lb) (15 N•m).

Remove the plug (1) and fill the hub with 0.25 qts.
(0.25 liters) of the recommended lubricant. See the
Operators manual for correct lubricant.

Install and tighten the plug to 27 - 41 N•m (20 - 30 ft-
lbs).
