3 - Midroller Wheel Seal And Bearing Removal And Installation

STEP 12

If the outer face seal (1) came off with the hub,
remove the seal (1) and load ring from the hub.

NOTE:

If replacing the face seals only proceed to

Page 31 and then to Step 16. If there was a bearing
failure proceed to Step 13.

If the inner bearing (1) came off with the hub remove
the bearing (1) from the hub.

STEP 14

If replacing the bearings use a bearing driver from
the opposite side to remove the inner (1) and outer
(2) bearing cups. Clean and inspect all parts for wear
or damage.

If the collar ring is damaged or leaking go to the
Roller Axle Removal And Installation section of this
manual for collar ring removal.
