7 - Manifold and Accumulator Removal And Installation

Manifold And Accumulator Removal

STEP 1

Follow Steps 1 through 4 in the Track Removal and
Installation section of this manual to relieve the
tension on the front idler wheels and cylinder.
Remove the drain hose / tensioning hose.

IMPORTANT:

All pressure must be relieved. The

pressure gauge

must read 0

NOTE:

If only replacing the accumulator, proceed to

Step 8.

STEP 2

Slowly remove the tension cylinder hose (1)

NOTE:

There may be some residual pressure in the hose.

STEP 3

Remove the adapter(1) from the manifold.
