STEP 18
Install the 2P-0093-100 Seal Assembly Spacers (1)
on the spindle as shown. Use two M20 bolts to
secure the spacers (1) on the spindle.

STEP 19
Install the inner seal shoulder (1) on the spindle.
NOTE: The seal shoulder (1) can be heated to
200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes to be installed by hand.
Be sure the O-ring is in the shoulder groove before
proceeding.
WARNING: Use protective gloves when handling the
seal shoulder.

STEP 20
The seal shoulder must be completely seated on the
spindle.
With a press use the 2P-0104 Bushing (1) and 2P-
0094 Spacer Plate (2) to press the seal shoulder
completely on the spindle.
Without a press use the 2P-0094 Mounting Plate (3),
2P-0105 Bushing (4), 2P-0081 Spacer (5), the
spindle locknut (6) and 2P-0084 Spindle Locknut
Socket to tighten the spindle locknut (6) to completely
seat the seal shoulder on the spindle.

NOTE: The bolts provided with the 2P-0081 spacer
(5) can be used to assist in removing the spacer (5).
