10 - 30/36D23/22MC Upper And Lower Frame Separation And Rubber Spring Replacement

STEP  40

Align the upper frame (1) and top link. Install the pin
(2) with the anti-rotation slot (3) over the stud (4).

STEP  41

Install the retaining bolt (1) and washer (2). Tighten
the bolt to 96 N•m (70 ft-lb).

STEP  42

Using a hoist, remove the lifting straps (1) or cinch
chains..

STEP  43

If the drive wheel was removed, follow Step 33 and
3 4   o f   t h e   D r i v e   W h e e l   S e a l   a n d   B e a r i n g
Replacement section of this manual to install the
drive wheel (1) and track.

Follow Steps 12 through 15 and 19 of the Idler Axle
