RELOCATION PROCEDURE - BSR12 MODELS ONLY

1. Raise the L.H. Wheel Arm Assembly off the ground just enough so the tire clears the ground and support

firmly. The lifting device should be placed under the mainframe part of the machine because the Wheel
Arm Assembly will need to be slid outward slightly.

2. Detach the Lift Cylinder from the cylinder mount lug on the mainframe. It is not necessary to detach the

cylinders from the Rake Wheel Pivot Arms.

3. Place the Cylinder Lug Plate Extension to the front side of the lug on the mainframe, align holes and attach

with the four 1” x 3” bolts and 1” locknuts provided in kit.

4. Remove the two 6-1/2” x 1” bolts, four 1” flatwashers, and two 1” locknuts through the mainframe.

5. 5. Slide the Wheel Arm Assembly out approximately 5” until next set of holes align. (DO NOT SLIDE

COMPLETELY OUT OF MAINFRAME AS SHOWN IN ILLUSTRATION BELOW)

6. After aligning inner hole and outer holes re-install the two 1” x 6-1/2” bolts, four 1” flatwasher and two 1”

locknuts through the mainframe and tighten.

7. Attach the Hydraulic Cylinder to the Cylinder Lug Extension.

8. Repeat steps 1-7 for R.H. side.
