IV. Installation

Screw in titrant tubes

Information

The titrant tubes are screwed in at first delivery. It is only
necessary to replace them in case of exchange.
There are 2 feeding and 2 dosing tubes available. FEED

marks the suction tubes, feeding the Travel titrator

module with titration liquid installed. DOSE marks the

dispensing side, transporting the titration solution into

the measuring cell.
• Screw in the dosing and feeding tubes in the Travel

titrator module as shown in figure below:

Titrant tubes

Insert feeding tubes

• Insert the other side of the feeding tube into the tit-

rant bottle.
• Therefore insert the tubes end into the FEED

insert until the tube reaches the bottom of the tit-

rant bottle.

• When not using the screw-in titrant bottles but

others external bottles, insert the feeding tube

end into external bottle until the tube reaches the

bottom.

Insert dosing tubes

• The other side of the dosing tubes should be placed

in parking position as illustrated below.

tube holder as illustrated below:

Before starting measurement, rinse the titrant tubes
according to chapter 4.6.4 "Rinsing the dosing tubes",
page 30.
