2.6.2 LAVAGGIO DEI CARRELLI
Per non danneggiare o compromettere il
funzionamento dei vari componenti elettrici, il
lavaggio dei carrelli deve essere effettuato con
molta cura:
- assicurarsi che la spina/presa sia disinserita;
- non usare getti d'acqua o vapore in
vicinanza delle parti elettriche (motori,
comando elettronico, microinterruttori,
protezione distributore, cruscotto,
pedaliera, sedile);
- prima di ricollegare la spina/presa asciugare
accuratamente con aria compressa a bassa
pressione e verificare che non sia rimasta
umidità residua sui componenti elettrici.
2.6.3 SEDILE CONDUCENTE
Ogni 500 ore
- verificare il buon funzionamento del sedile
- verificare il corretto fissaggio del sedile al
cofano e del cofano stesso al telaio: ad un
controllo visivo gli ancoraggi devono risultare
integri, contrariamente avvisare il
responsabile della sicurezza.
- verificare il funzionamento della serratura di
bloccaggio del cofano. Nel caso in cui il bloccaggio
cofano ( D ) sia fissato alla pedana, controllare
anche l'ancoraggio della pedana stessa.
- verificare che l'aggancio della cintura funzioni
regolarmente e che l'eventuale arrotolatore
sia libero nello scorrimento ( A )-( B ) e si blocchi
allo strappo;
- verificare il corretto fissaggio della cintura
al sedile ( C );
Le caratteristiche tecniche del sedile
conducente non devono essere modificate.
Ogni manomissione del sedile può
compromettere la sicurezza del mezzo; gli
interventi di riparazione o sostituzione
devono essere eseguiti dal Servizio di
assistenza BT o da personale debitamente
autorizzato dalla BT.
2.6.2 WASHING THE TRUCK
To avoid damage to the various electrical
components, great care must be taken when washing
the truck:
- before washing, make sure that the battery
connector is disconnected;
- do not use water jets or steam near
electrical components (motors,
electronic control unit, microswitches,
control valve guard, dashboard, pedals,
seat);
- before reconnecting the battery connector,
dry thoroughly with low-pressure compressed
air and make sure that no traces of humidity
remain on the electrical components.
2.6.3 DRIVER SEAT
Every 500 hours
- check that the seat is in good working order
- check that the seat is correctly secured to
the hood and that the hood is correctly
secured to the chassis: on visual inspection,
fastenings must be intact, otherwise, contact
the safety manager
- check good operation of the hood lock.
If the hood lock ( D ) is fastened to the
footboard, check fastening of the footboard
too.
- check that the belt fastening works properly
and that the winding device (if any) ( A )-
( B ) is free to run and locks when jerked;
- check that the belt is suitably fastened to
the seat ( C );
The technical specifications of the driver
seat must not be modified.
Any tampering with the driver’s seat can
interfere with the safety of the vehicle; all
the repair or replacement operations must
therefore be carried out by the BT Service
Centre or by personnel specially trained
and authorized by BT.
2.6.2 WASCHEN DES STAPLERS
Um die verschiedenen elektrischen Bauteile nicht
zu beschädigen oder deren Funktion zu
beeinträchtigen, muß der Stapler mit größter
Vorsicht gewaschen werden:
- Sicherstellen, daß der Batteriestecker
abgezogen ist.
- Spritzwasser und Dampf in der Nähe
der elektrischen Teile vermeiden
(Motoren, Steuerelektronik,
Mikroschalter, Steuerblockabdeckung,
Armaturenbrett, Pedalerie, Sitz).
- Vor dem Anschluß den Batteriestecker
vorsichtig mit schwacher Druckluft trocknen
und sicherstellen, daß keine Restfeuchte auf
den elektrischen Bauteilen verblieben ist.
2.6.3 FAHRERSITZ
Alle 500 Betriebsstunden
- Die Funktion des Fahrersitzes prüfen.
- die korrekte Befestigung des Fahrersitzes auf
dem Batterietrog und des Batterietroges auf
dem Fahrgestell überprüfen: bei Sichtprüfung
müssen die Verankerungen intakt sein. Im
gegenteiligen Falle ist der
Sicherheitsbeauftragte zu informieren.
- die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Sperrschlosses
des Batterietrogs überprüfen. Sollte die
Sperrvorrichtung des Trogs ( D ) am Trittbrett
befestigt sein, so sollte auch die Verankerung
des Trittbretts überprüft werden.
- überprüfen, ob die Schließvorrichtung des
Gurtes störungsfrei funktioniert und ob die
eventuell vorhandene Aufrollvorrichtung ( A )-
( B ) frei gleitet und bei ruckweisem Zug
blockiert;
- die korrekte Befestigung des Gurtes am
Fahrersitz überprüfen ( C );
Die technischen Merkmale des Fahrersitzes
dürfen nicht verändert werden.
Jede Veränderung des Sitzes kann die
Sicherheit des Stapler beeinträchtigen;
Reparaturen und Austausch sind
ausschließlich dem BT-Kundendienst oder
dem von BT ausdrücklich autorisierten
Personal vorbehalten.
