1.4.7 GUIDA SUI PASSAGGI
SOSPESI E SUGLI ELEVATORI
Prima di attraversare un ponte sospeso, una
rampa o prima di utilizzare un elevatore
per carrelli, è obbligatorio assicurarsi che
la portata di questi sia maggiore del peso
del carrello con il carico.
Prima di attraversare i ponti sospesi o le passerelle,
assicurarsi che siano saldamente bloccati; procedere
comunque con cautela e limitando la velocità.
Prima di utilizzare un elevatore o montacarichi,
controllare che sia abilitato al sollevamento di
carrelli e/o veicoli mobili.
Nelle manovre di entrata e uscita da un elevatore
o montacarichi, procedere sempre con molta
prudenza, assicurarsi che non vi siano persone
sul montacarichi ed entrare e uscire sempre
perpendicolarmente alla porta con il carico rivolto
all'interno.
Durante l'uso degli elevatori e montacarichi, tirare
il freno a mano, abbassare le forche e spegnere
il carrello.
1.4.8 GUIDA SULLE PENDENZE
Salendo o scendendo dalle pendenze, i carrelli
elevatori a presa frontale, dovranno essere guidati
con il carico nel senso della salita.
A vuoto, sulle pendenze, i carrelli elevatori a
presa frontale dovranno essere guidati con gli
organi porta carico nel senso della discesa.
1.4.7 DRIVING ON BRIDGES AND ON
ELEVATORS
Before crossing a bridge, a ramp or before
using a truck elevator, make sure that its
capacity is more than sufficient to bear the
weight of the truck plus its load.
Before crossing a bridge or gangway, make sure
that it is firmly secured. Proceed with maximum
caution and at a low speed.
Before using an elevator or hoist, check that
it is approved for the lifting of trucks and/or
mobile vehicles.
When driving on and off an elevator or hoist
always proceed with maximum caution, making
sure that there are no people in the elevator
and always enter and exit perpendicular to the
door with the load facing inwards.
Once on the elevator or hoist, pull the hand
brake, lower the forks and turn OFF the forklift
truck.
1.4.8 DRIVING ON GRADIENTS
When climbing or descending a slope, front pick-
up forklift trucks must be driven with the load
facing up the slope.
When unloaded, front pick-up forklift trucks must
be driven with the pick-up equipment facing down
the slope.
1.4.7 FAHREN AUF BRÜCKEN UND
HEBEBÜHNEN
Vor dem Befahren von Brücken, Rampen
oder Hebebühnen für Stapler, ist
sicherzustellen, daß derenTragfähigkeit
höher ist als das Gesamtgewicht des Staplers
samt zulässiger Höchstlast.
Vor dem Überfahren von Brücken oder Stegen,
prüfen, ob diese gut gesichert sind; auf jeden Fall
vorsichtig und langsam fahren.
Vor der Verwendung einer Hebebühne oder eines
Lastenaufzugs, prüfen, ob diese für das Heben
von Staplern bzw. Fahrzeugen geeignet sind.
Beim Einfahren und Ausfahren in/aus Hebebühnen
oder Lastenaufzüge immer sehr vorsichtig
vorgehen; sicherstellen, daß sich keine Personen
im Aufzug befinden und immer gerade zur Tür
und mit nach innen ausgerichteter Last ein- und
ausfahren.
Beim Einsatz von Hebebühnen oder
Lastenaufzügen, die Feststellbremse ziehen, die
Gabel absenken und den Staplermotor ausschalten.
1.4.8 FAHREN AUF STEIGUNGEN
Beim Hinauf- oder Hinabfahren auf Steigungen
sollten die Frontstapler so gefahren werden, daß
die Last, wenn möglich, bergauf gerichtet ist.
Im leeren Zustand sollten die Frontstapler, soweit
dies möglich ist, so gefahren werden, daß die
Gabel bergab gerichtet ist.
