2.3.0 GRUPPO DI
SOLLEVAMENTO
2.3.1 IMPIANTO IDRAULICO DI
SOLLEVAMENTO
Controllo dell'impianto di sollevamento (*):
Ogni 1000 ore
- controllare che l'intero impianto (pompa,
tubi, filtri, valvole, ecc.) non abbia perdite
- verificare il fissaggio dei tubi
- verificare lo stato delle tubazioni in gomma,
non devono presentare abrasioni
- controllare la tenuta idraulica dei tappi dei
vari serbatoi
Nella verifica dei livelli dell'olio o nella sostituzione
dello stesso, ricordare che:
- non vanno aggiunti additivi al liquido
esistente
- non vanno miscelati oli di tipo differente
Tubi idraulici del sollevamento (*):
Ogni 10000 ore
- sostituire le tubazioni dell'impianto idraulico
del distributore
2.3.2 MONTANTI
Smontaggio o sostituzione del montante (*):
Nel caso di smontaggio e successivo
rimontaggio del montante è obbligatorio
rivolgersi al Servizio Assistenza BT o a
personale autorizzato BT; Il Servizio BT
eseguirà anche le PROVE FUNZIONALI per
garantire la rispondenza ai requisiti di
sicurezza richiesti dalle Norme CEE in vigore.
Brandeggio dei montanti (*):
Ogni 500 ore
- effettuare il controllo del brandeggio dei
montanti, i cui valori standard ( βββββ ) ( α αα
αα
) , si
desumono dalla tabella (vedi 4.4.6 ).
L’inclinazione si puo’ controllare facilmente
per mezzo di un filo a piombo che scenda
dallo spigolo anteriore esterno della sommità
dei montanti fissi e misurando la distanza
tra filo e spigolo anteriore ad un metro
dalla sommità dei montanti.
2.3.0 LIFTING EQUIPMENT
2.3.1 HYDRAULIC LIFTING
EQUIPMENT
Hydraulic lifting equipment control (*):
Every 1000 hours
- check the entire system (pump, tubes, filters,
valves, etc.) for leaks
- check that the tubing is securely fixed
- check the condition of the rubber hosing
- check the hydraulic seal on the plugs of
the various tanks
When checking the oil level or replacing the
oil, it is important to remember that:
- additives must not be added to the
existing liquid;
- different types of oil must not be mixed.
Hydraulic tubing for lifting pressure (*):
Every 10000 hours
- replace the hosing of the hydraulic control
valve system.
2.3.2 MASTS
Removal or replacement of the mast (*):
In case of removal and reassembly of the
mast, apply to BT Service Department or
specially authorized staff; the BT Service
will also make RUNNING CONDITIONS
TESTS to guarantee the compilance with
safety regulations indicated by EEC
regulations in force.
Tilting of the masts (*):
Every 500 hours
- control the tilting of the masts, the standard
values ( βββββ ) ( α αα
αα
) can be found in the table
(see 4.4.6 ).
The tilt angle can easily be checked using
a plumb-line dropped from the front outside
edge of the top of the fixed masts and measuring
the distance between the line and the front
edge at a metre from the top of the masts.
2.3.0 HUBANLAGE
2.3.1 HUBHYDRAULIK
Kontrolle der Hubhydraulik (*):
Alle 1000 Betriebsstunden
- Die gesamte Anlage auf Dichtheit prüfen
(Pumpe, Leitungen, Filter, Ventile, usw.)
- Die Leitungsanschlüsse prüfen
- Die Schlauchleitungen auf einwandfreien
Zustand prüfen
- Die Dichtheit der verschiedenen
Tankverschlüsse prüfen.
Bei der Kontrolle des Ölstands bzw. beim Ölwechsel
ist folgendes zu beachten:
- Der Hydraulikflüssigkeit dürfen keine
Zusätze beigemischt werden.
- Verschiedene Hydrauliköle dürfen
nicht untereinander vermischt werden.
Druckleitungen der Hubhydraulik (*)
Alle 10000 Betriebsstunden
- Austausch der Leitungen der
Hydraulikanlage des Steuerblocks
2.3.2 HUBGERÜST
Ausbau oder Auswechseln des Hubmasts (*):
Für den Ausbau und den folgenden Wiedereinbau
des Hubmasts muß man sich an den BT
Kundendienst oder an autorisiertes Fachpersonal
der Firma BT wenden. Der BT Kundendienst
führt in der Folge auch FUNKTIONSPRÜFUNGEN
durch, um zu gewährleisten, daß die von den
geltenden EG-Bestimmungen geforderten
Sicherheitsbedingungen erfüllt werden.
Neigung des Hubgerüstes (*):
Alle 500 Betriebsstunden
- Die Neigung des Hubgerüstes kontrollieren;
die entsprechenden Standardneigungswinkel
(
βββββ
) und (
α αα αα
) (siehe 4.4.6 ). Die Neigung ist
mit Hilfe eines Lots an der äußeren
Vorderkante des festen Hubgerüsts einfach
zu überprüfen. Man mißt den Abstand zwischen
Lot und Vorderkante etwa einen Meter vom
oberen Ende des Mastes.
