1.2.3 DISTRIBUTORE IDRAULICO E
IMPIANTO SOLLEVAMENTO
Nel distributore idraulico è presente una valvola
di massima pressione all’ingresso del distributore
stesso. La velocità di discesa, massima, delle forche
è fissata da una valvola limitatrice di portata,
posta in un apposito contenitore che è parte
dell'impianto di alimentazione dei martinetti di
sollevamento.
1.2.4 GRIGLIE ANTI CESOIAMENTO E
GRIGLIA REGGICARICO
I montanti sono dotati, dove previsto, di griglie
protettive anti cesoiamento (A) , a sicurezza
dell'operatore. Inoltre, per movimentare carichi
frazionati la cui altezza sia superiore all’altezza
della spalla-forche, è possibile dotare il carrello
di griglia reggicarico (opzionale) (B) .
1.2.5 PROTEZIONE CONDUCENTE
La protezione conducente non deve mai essere
manomessa.
È necessario controllarne lo stato, prima
di utilizzare il carrello.
1.2.6 PERNO POSIZIONAMENTO E
DISPOSITIVO ANTISFILAMENTO
FORCHE
Sollevare ciascun arresto forca e sbloccare in
modo tale che possano essere traslate a sinistra
e a destra. Regolare le forche nella posizione
più adatta al carico.
Quando si regolano le forche, accertarsi che il
centro di gravità del carico corrisponda al centro
del veicolo. Dopo la regolazione, ruotare gli arresti
per bloccare le forche in posizione.
Prima di utilizzare il carrello, il conducente
dovrà assicurarsi che i perni di blocco (C)
siano posizionati nelle apposite tacche della
piastra di supporto e che i dispositivi
antisfilamento (D), (E) o (F) siano presenti
e correttamente installati.

1.2.3 HYDRAULIK-STEUERBLOCK
UND HUBANLAGE
Am Eingang des Hydraulik-Steuerblocks befindet
sich ein Überdruckventil.
Die max. Senkgeschwindigkeit der Gabel wird durch
ein Strombegrenzungsventil eingeschränkt; dieses
Ventil ist in einem speziellen Gehäuse in der
Versorgungsanlage der hydraulischen Hubzylinder
eingebaut.
1.2.4 SCHUTZGITTER ZUR
SICHERUNG VON
QUETSCHSTELLEN UND
LASTSCHUTZGITTER
Wo dies vorgesehen ist, sind die Hubmasten zum
Schutz des Bedieners mit Schnittschutzgittern ( A )
versehen. Zur Handhabung von geteilten Lasten,
deren Gesamthöhe diejenige des Gabelrückens
übersteigt, kann der Stapler mit einem
Lastschutzgitter versehen werden (Opt) ( B ).
1.2.5 FAHRERSCHUTZDACH
Der Fahrerschutz darf auf keinen Fall
ausgebaut, verstellt oder geändert werden.
Vor der Verwendung des Staplers ist der
Zustand dieses Schutzdaches zu überprüfen.
1.2.6 GABELSICHERUNGSSTIFTE
UND VORRICHTUNG GEGEN
DAS HERAUSRUTSCHEN DER
GABELN
Jeden Gabelanschlag anheben und entriegeln, so
daß die Gabeln nach rechts und links bewegt werden
können. Gabeln in die für die Last geeignetste
Stellung bringen.
Beim Einstellen der Gabeln darauf achten, daß
der Schwerpunkt der Last mit der Fahrzeug-mitte
übereinstimmt. Nach dem Einstellen die Anschläge
drehen, um die Gabeln an ihrer neuen Stellung
zu verriegeln.
Bevor der Stapler verwendet wird, muß sich
der Fahrer vergewissern, daß die
Sicherungsstifte (C) in den dazu bestimmten
Einschnitten der Trägerplatte positioniert
sind und daß die Vorrichtungen gegen das
Herausrutschen (D), (E) oder (F) vorhanden
und ordnungsgemäß installiert sind.
1.2.3 CONTROL VALVE AND LIFTING
EQUIPMENT
The hydraulic system is fitted with a maximum
pressure supply valve.
Maximum fork descent speed is controlled by
a flow limiting valve housed inside a container
which is part of the lifting jack supply system.
1.2.4 SAFETY GRILLS AND LOAD
SUPPORT GRILLS
When necessary, the masts have been equipped
with antishearing guards ( A ) to protect the operator.
Furthermore, for handling split loads higher than
the fork shoulders, the fork carriage can be fitted
with load support grills (optional) (B) .
1.2.5 DRIVER PROTECTION DEVICE
The driver protection device must never be
tampered with.
Its operation should also be tested before
using the forklift truck.
1.2.6 FORK POSITIONING PIN AND
ANTIREMOVAL DEVICE
Lift each fork stopper and unlock so that the
forks can be shifted left and right. Adjust the
forks in the position most appropriate for the
load.
When adjusting the forks, make sure that the
center of gravity of the load corresponds to the
center of the vehicle. After adjustment, turn the
stoppers to lock the forks in place.
Before using the lift truck, the driver must
make sure that the lock pins (C) are placed
in the special notches of the supporting plate
and that the antiremoval devices (D), (E)
or (F) are present and properly installed.
