• Line 3: Third line to use. If this line is not available, the message “Please try again later” is played and the call is terminated.
• Action: Click the appropriate button to Edit or Delete a rule. The Edit button displays the Outgoing Call Rules page. For details,
see “Adding an outgoing call rule,” below.
Adding an outgoing call rule
When you click “Add” on the Outgoing Call Rules page, you open the Outgoing Call Rules page.

Configure the following settings to define an outgoing call rule. Click “Save” when done.
• User will dial-out with prefix: Select the number that users must dial to select the rule.
• The following lines will be tried in this order: Select how an outbound line will be assigned.
• Line 1: First line to use. If this line is not available, Line 2 is attempted.
• Line 2: Second line to use. If this line is not available, Line 3 is attempted.
• Line 3: Third line to use. If this line is not available, the message “Please try again later” is played and the call is terminated.
