• IVR: Only one IVR is available: 6000 “Sample IVR”. This is a pre-defined IVR, which does the following when an incoming call is
received:
1. Answers the line after letting it ring for 2 seconds.
2. Plays a welcome message and then waits 1 second.
3. Plays the “If you know the extension you want to reach” message and then waits 3 seconds for the caller to press a valid
extension number.
4. Repeats the message if no input was received from the caller.
5. Waits 3 seconds for the caller to press a valid extension number.
6. Hangs up if no input was received from the caller.
Once the wizard is complete, you can define other IVRs and assign them to your incoming call rules.
Send Incoming VoIP Calls To
These options are only displayed if a VoIP line is configured.
Choose how incoming calls on each VoIP line will be routed.
• Line: Select a VoIP line.
• DID: If multiple phone numbers are assigned to the VoIP line, your VoIP provider will identify each one with a direct inward
dialing number (DID). Specify the DID number for which you want to route calls.
• To: Select the destination to which all incoming calls will be routed. Available options are:
• User: Select a user that you defined earlier.
• Ring group: Select a ring group that you defined earlier.
• IVR: Only one IVR is available: 6000 “Sample IVR.” This is a pre-defined IVR. For details, see “Send Incoming Analog Calls To”
on the previous page.
• Action: Click “Delete” to remove a rule from the list.
