Replacing the Sealing Ring of the Tapping Sword
If beer leaks from the connection between the tapping sword (

) and the valve unit (

),
the sealing ring in the tapping sword (
30
) needs to be replaced.
1. Unscrew the valve unit from the tapping sword and remove the mount (

) from the
tapping sword (

).
2. Remove the sealing ring of the tapping sword from the mount in the tapping sword
using a narrow
fl
at screwdriver or similar tool.
3. Insert a new seal into the mount in the tapping sword.
4. Guide the valve unit from above into the mount and

rmly screw on the tapping sword
from below.
