Follow the steps below to disassemble the
groomer adjusting bolt Assy.

Remove the mower unit from the groomer
Assy. (See "Removal of Groomer Assy"
(Page 8-23) .)
Remove the adjusting nut, washer, rod
holder, spring holder, spring, pipe with
adjusting screw, and adjusting pipe in
order.

Groomer adjustment bolt

Caution

Replace deteriorated, deformed, or worn
parts with new ones.

Install the groomer adjusting bolt Assy.
For installation, reverse the disassembly
steps.

Caution

Be careful not to damage the groomer shaft.

Follow the steps below to assemble the
groomer shaft Assy.

Temporarily install two nuts to the groomer
shaft.
The nuts are located approximately 10.0
mm (0.39 in) away from the thread (arrow
A).
Attach one collar (arrow).
Turn up the groomer shaft.
