1 Removing and installing parts of cooling system

Remove bolts -1- and -2-.

–

Pull coolant pipe (right-side) towards front and out of cyl-
inder block and remove.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the follow-

ing:

Renew O-rings.

♦

Hose connections and hoses for charge air system must be

free of oil and grease before assembly.

♦

Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose

clips (same as original equipment)

Before installing, clean and smoothen sealing surface for

O-ring.

Lubricate new O-ring with “G12+” and slide onto coolant

pipe.

Install toothed belt for high-pressure pump
