Adjustment on the gas valve (Step 3/3)
Step 3: Adjustment on the gas valve
Adjust the gas valve only in case the
measured values lies out of range of
the values mentioned in the table on
previous page.
- Open the boiler as described on
page 85;
- First put engine 1 on full load (see
Step 1) and follow next steps;
- The O
2
/CO
2
values are set by using
an Allen key (2 mm), or a large flat
head screwdriver, on the screw
“3”. Please observe the following
rotating direction;
- Clockwise means more O
2
/
less CO
2
;
- Counterclockwise means less O
2
/
more CO
2
;
- Once done, repeat the steps above
for engine 2*.

After this setting has been made, once more test the O
2
/CO
2
value at full
load and low load. See Step 1 and 2.

Attention; close the venturi intake for the non-running engine (bare in mind
there is a 3 minute post purge time active).
