The Password can be any four (4) digit number. If the Password is set to 0, the
keyboard lock out will be selected by the LOCK key on the front panel without a
Password. The Password default is preset to 0 at the factory.
4.5. Test Setup
4.5.1. Memory Configuration
The HypotMAX is equipped with 50 memory locations number 1 through 50. Each
memory location consists of 1 test and may be linked to perform up to 50 tests in
sequence.
To Select the Memory Location
Press the MEMORY key, the display will show:
Use the Numeric Keys to enter the memory location number, and then press the
ENTER key. The program will recall the test parameters stored in this location and
return to the operation mode automatically.
4.5.2. Test Parameters
Voltage : The Voltage that is applied to the High Voltage and Return terminals or the
Current and Return terminals during a test.
HI-Limit : A maximum current or resistance threshold that when exceeded triggers a
failure.
LO-Limit : A minimum current or resistance threshold that when not exceeded triggers
a failure.
Ramp-UP : A length of time that is allowed for the test voltage to climb from 0 to the
voltage set point.
Dwell Unit : Allows for the selection of seconds or minutes as the Dwell timers base
unit.
Dwell : A length of time that is allowed for the set point voltage to be applied.
