Passport DCT Customer Service Guide

Using the Program Guide

You may see this message display after the timer 
overlap options (above) as an additional notification 
that your timer modification still overlaps an 
existing timer(s). 

• Press the A button to continue and keep remaining 

overlapping timers, if possible. (Timers are 
automatically prioritized for you and if necessary 
may be suspended.) 

Or

• Press the C button to return to the timer overlap 

options display (above) and make further manual 
adjustments.

You see this display if you attempt to set a ninth 
PPV purchase. A maximum of eight current or 
pending PPV purchases (with or without VCR 
timers) may be set at any given time. 

• Press the A button to review the existing PPV 

purchases and possibly cancel a previous 
purchase.

Or

• Press the C button to cancel this purchase effort.

Note: You can wait until another PPV purchase
