SPECTRO ARCOS FHX3X — 08.02.2022

In order to remove the components, proceed as follows:

1. Switch off the plasma.

2. Loosen

the

argon

connection (1).

3. Loosen and remove the clamp

(4) from the spray chamber.

4. Remove the spray chamber (5)

and the spherical joint seal.

5. Loosen the plasma torch (3) by

turning the lever (2)
counterclockwise.

6. Remove the plasma torch.

7. The SPI has a latch (4), which is

released by pushing it upwards
(3).

8. Carefully pull the SPI (2) to the

front and out of its bracket (1).

9. Remove the SPI from the torch

housing.



The removal of the SPI is now
complete.
