Calibrating a method
In order to recalibrate the instrument, proceed as follows:
1. Go to the navigation tool bar and select the “Methods” module. Select a
method in the method view and click the “Measure standards” button.
Alternative: Go to the navigation tool bar and select the “Measurement”
module. Select a workbook in the workbook view and click the “Switch to
calibration module” button.
2. Select the first standard in the list.

First measure the standards with the lowest concentrations and then the
ones with higher concentrations.
3. Use the peristaltic pump in order to feed the corresponding sample to the
sample introduction system.
4. Click on the “Measurement“ button.
Once the measurement has been completed, stop the measurement and click
the “Finish” button.
5. Activate the next standard in the list.
6. Click again on the "Measurement" button.
7. Once the measurement has been completed, stop the measurement and click
the “Finish” button.
8. Proceed in this way until all standards contained in the list were measured.
9. When all standards contained in the list were measured, click on the
”Calculate“ button.

The method is now calibrated.
