Item Task Frequency
Observe the Distribution
System for any signs of
corrosion or leakage. Daily
Cleaning of enclosures and
open racks. Does not
include electronic
controller enclosure
interior. Sweep enclosures and
racks. Clean all external
surfaces with a clean damp
cloth. Every three months
Do not use pressurized water to
clean inside or outside of cabinets
as serious damage could occur to
the electronic components.
Pressure transducers and
gauges Check process and purge
pressures for readings that
are outside of the
specification range (found
in Section 11 of this
manual) or vary abnormally
from previous values. Daily
Check calibration. Yearly
All valves and regulators Examine each valve and
regulator for external leaks.
Replace as required. Every six months
1/4 turn diaphragm valves Observe 1/4 turn
diaphragm valves in closed
position. If the needle is
not in the green zone,
follow manufacturer's
adjustment or repair
procedure. Every six months for
corrosive gases.
Yearly for noncorrosive
gases.
