Although one user can program
multiple e-mail addresses, only
one address can be retrieved by
the search. The address re-
trieved by the search depends
on the searching method sup-
ported by the LDAP server.
However, the address pro -
grammed first is normally re-
trieved.

ed destination.
When the search is finished, the
search result appears.

Specifying a Registration
Number
Use this procedure to select a destina-
tion by specifying a registration
number.

Press to switch the destina-
tion between fax number, e-mail
address, and IP-Fax number.

Press
[ Registration No. ]
.
The registration number entry dis-
play appears.
CCCC
Enter a registration number using
the number keys.
Note

You do not need to enter the
first zeros of a registration
n u m b e r w h e n t h e d i s p l a y
prompts you to enter five digits.
If you do not enter 5 digits,
press the

key to complete
the entry.
The corresponding destination ap-
pears.

Title word key is switched to
the one that the specified desti-
nation is programmed in.

If the “
Cannot find the spec-
ified Registration No.

message appears, the specified
registration number is wrong.

[ Exit ] , check the registra-
tion number again, and then fol-
low the procedure from step

message appears, the key
is wrong. Press [ Exit ] , and then
follow the procedure from step
