Do Self Cal 

The self-calibration program can quickly adjust the internal settings to give the most precise 
measurement values.    You can perform self-calibration at any time, but it’s especially important 
when the temperature changes by 11° F (5° C) or more. 
First, power on the scope and let it run for 30 minutes or more before the self-calibration.    Then: 
 
1.

 

Disconnect any probes from the scope. 

2.

 

Press 

Utility 

on the front panel

，

and then press the

 Do Self Cal 

F key, and the oscilloscope will 

pop-out the message box shown as below:

Press  the 

F5

  button  on  the  front  panel  to  perform  the  self-calibration  program.  During  the 

calibration, most of the keys are disabled. 

4.

 

When the self-calibration program is finished, it will give the message, “

Press Run/Stop key to 

exit

”.    Press 

Run/Stop

 to exit the calibration interface.
