Total Access 238 Command Line Interface Guide

loop-attenuation <threshold>

Purpose

Use the loop-attenuation <threshold> command to set the loop attenuation threshold of the
SHDSL interface. Once this threshold is reached or exceeded an alarm will be generated.

Syntax Description

The range for the SHDSL interface loop attenuation is from 0 dB to 127 dB.

Default Values

The loop-attenuation threshold is set to 0 dB.

Command Modes

The SHDSL Interface Configuration Mode is required for this command.

Usage Examples

Set the loop attenuation threshold of the SHDSL interface to 35 dB.
